Turn off water to your toilet, flush it, then remove the bowl to reveal the flange

Remove the rusted or damaged flange ring from the PVC assembly. Depending on how rusted or damaged the existing flange is, you may need to use a cutoff wheel or other cutting tool.

Place your wax ring (not included) into the pipe
